Shipping

• Orders of $75 or more ship free inside the countries we list at checkout.
• Orders under $75 cost $6 to ship.
• Most parcels leave in 2 business days and arrive in 5 to 8 business days.
• We email a tracking number when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
• If a parcel is lost in transit, we resend or refund. You do not have to argue with the carrier first.

Returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to send an item back.
• Clothes need their tags. Shoes may be tried on indoors, on carpet. Worn-outdoors shoes are not returnable.
• Email hello@glanceshop.example and we send a return label. The label is free for a change of size or a fault. A change of mind uses $6 of the refund for the label.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the parcel.

After-sales

• For 90 days after delivery we repair loose stitching, a broken eyelet, or a pulled seam at no charge.
• We do not resole shoes or replace fabric that wore out from use.
• Write to hello@glanceshop.example with the order number and a photo. We reply within 2 business days with a repair label or a replacement.
• If we cannot repair it, we refund that item.

Care

• Shirts and chinos: wash cold, hang dry. Do not tumble the chino if you want the leg to stay straight.
• The Soft Crew: wash cold inside out, lay flat.
• The Packable Jacket: wipe with a damp cloth. Do not iron the shell.
• Leather loafers: brush off dust. Use a colorless cream if the leather looks dry. Do not soak them.
• Canvas and the Grove Runner: brush mud off when dry, then wipe. A machine wash will soften the shape.

GlanceShop sells the shoes and clothes listed on this page. The store name is GlanceShop. Questions go to hello@glanceshop.example.

A contract starts when we email that the order has been accepted, not when an item is placed in the bag.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include the item only. Shipping is added if the order is under $75. We charge when the order is accepted.

If we charge the wrong amount, we refund the difference. If an item is priced by mistake and has not shipped, we cancel and refund it.

What you receive

Color on a screen is close, not exact. Sizes follow the labels on each product. If a size is gone when we pack the order, we email before substituting.

Goods should match the description and be free of faults on arrival. Your rights for faulty goods are the returns and after-sales rules above, plus any rights that local law does not let a shop waive.

Privacy

We keep the name, email, shipping address, and order lines needed to send the parcel and handle a return. We do not sell that list.

Payment details are handled by the card processor. We keep the last four digits and the amount, not the full card number.

To see or delete an order record, email hello@glanceshop.example. We delete it after any open return is finished, unless a tax rule says we must keep the invoice.
